Today is the kickoff of 8 weeks to a better me. Everyday you are required to do things that you earn you points. There is a possibility of 10 points each activity earns you one point, here is the list of things that you do.
1.Exercise 45 minutes a day.
2. Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water.
4. No Sugar - this is going to be REALLY hard for me.
5. No soda, fast food, or junk food.
6. Eat 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of veges.
7. No eating past 8 pm.
8. Write in your journal everyday - this blog or a private blog?
9. Complete 15 minutes of uplifting reading or scripture study.
10. Complete an act of service or random act of kindness.
You get one "free" day each week. Its not going to be easy, but it will be worth it. I can do hard things.

Go Tiff! This sounds like a good program to follow! I need to think about that no sugar or junk food but sounds like something I should try. You can do it! So proud of you, can't wait to hear how it goes!
Unfortunatly, my workouts have gotten away from me. I have got to figure this out!!!
