I already did it, I quit drinking caffeine!!! My next one is to set and live by a budget, its BADLY needed...

Day 28 - My hopes, dreams and plans for the next 365 days
We are planning a trip to Disneyland in May!
I quit drinking caffeine and I will not drink it again.
This is the year, I WILL fit into my wedding dress again.
William is getting baptized in June, I can't believe he is going to be 8, he makes me so proud.
Matthew is going to play soccer.
Swimming lessons.
It's our 10th anniversary, I hope that we can do something exciting....
I would like to do my first triathlon.
I will be a couponing queen.
We will finish our side yard.
I want to hold Family Home Evening on a regular basis.
I hope the year is full of fun, laughter and lots of love.

Day 25 - My worst habit
Procrastination. I procrastinate ALL THE TIME, it drives me nuts! Its so frustrating and causes rifts between Andy and I. I wish I knew why I did it and how to fix it, I hate it.

Day 24 - A recipie
Chicken-Pistachio Salad
1/2 C shelled pistachio nuts, finely ground
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. + pinch ground pepper
pound of chicken breast cubed
2 T extra-virgin olive oil
put olive oil in pan and cook chicken add nuts and coat chicken til cooked through
Add chicken to chopped lettuce
Dressing
1 Large ripe avacado
3 T extra-virgin olive oil
3 T lime juice
1 T water
Mash up avacado then stir in the olive oil, lime juice and water.
YUMMY! Even my boys like it, they don't like the dressing so they have theirs with ranch, but this is one of my FAVORITE things to eat (as long as the avacados are in good condition). Try it!

I try to do a load a day, but then I never put it away so I have 3 baskets overflowing with laundry.

Day 21 - A talent of mine
I'm struggling with coming up with anything.... Honestly. I can't sing or draw, I'm not crafty, I don't play any instruments, I used to dance, but even then I don't think I was very talented. I can make pretty bracelets and watch bands, I guess that's my talent but I think of it as more of a hobby.
Day 18 - A photo of my favorite memory
This one was hard for me, I have LOTS of favorite memories, there are the big ones like my wedding day and the births of my children, and there are some others but I don't have pictures of them. This was the 2nd girls trip I took with Andy's sisters, and the first one I went on that his mom was there, we went to Moab, it was beautiful and so much fun, we are standing in front of delicate arch, its a really long hike and we got there about an hour before sun down so the light was really pretty. We laughed a lot and hiked a lot, and just had fun!

Light switches drive me crazy if they aren't the right way. I wish I was OCD about cleaning and organizing, or exercising and budgeting, but no I'm OCD about the stupid light switches.

Day 11 - A picture that makes me sad
This was the day that Matthew was born and the 1st time I saw him after the delivery room.
That is my hand reaching for him, I didn't get to hold him in my arms until he was a week old, it was a sad day,
but one that had a HAPPY ending, 3 weeks later when we got to take him home.
