Okay trying something new this week. I will be going to the gym at 5 AM and then again sometime between 8:30-1. I'm tired today, but I will get to bed earlier tonight than I did last night (last night was around 11). I will be doing weights/cardio in the morning and then later in the day just cardio. We'll see how it goes I guess.

I keep meaning to get up at 5:30 and go running...I just have not been able to pull myself out of bed. BUT...I will!
