Andy has been doing training sessions twice a month for almost a year now. So he took me to the last one and his trainer trained me, and holy crap it HURT. So we decided that I'm going to do training sessions once a month for the next year, I'm excited but a little scared of how badly I will hurt after the sessions. Hopefully it will get better and easier and won't be that bad... I can hope. I'm itching to do a race, but I'm itching even more to fit into all those size 12 pants and capris in my closet. Here's to hoping that training sessions will get me there, and possibly running a little faster, I also have a goal of being able to run an 8 minute mile before I do another race. Its all for my health, right? After all I have my 4 boys to think about.
