Gold's Gym

When I went to the Healthy Women Expo at the high school I entered to win a free year of VIP membership to Gold's Gym, Andy had said that after the baby was born that he wanted to look into it, so when I got a call saying that I had won I was SO excited! We went and talked to a membership person and we signed up for a 3 year VIP membership for both of us, because I had "won" the free year we got a killer deal, that and my friend Jenn had negotiated with them and they gave us the "Jenn" price. Andy has gone twice and met with a trainer, his first time wasn't pleasant at all, I won't go into details, but I was worried that he would never go back again, but he did, on Saturday, and he felt good afterward! They set goals and one of his goals is to be able to keep up with his wife. =D Because I haven't been feeling good I haven't done much of anything as far as exercising goes since I got prego, but I talked to my doc and he said that now that I'm doing well I can go ahead and exercise, so today I went to water aerobics! Being in the water felt SO good. Also, I didn't wear my maternity swimsuit when I was prego with my youngest, so I put it on today, and its WAY too big! It makes me feel good but it also makes me sad because I don't know if I really want to go get another one, but I do plan on doing water aerobics at least 3x a week.
