Argh!

Okay enough is enough!! I have had a horrid last year and we are still recovering from it, as a consequence of all of it I have gained 25 or so pounds. I have started swimming again and this morning I went to an aerobics class that was SO HARD ( and a little humilitating)! I really want to join this new "gym" that strictly offers aerobics classes, and a wide range at that, step, 20/20/20, pilates, yoga, spinning, etc. But at the moment finances won't allow me to but maybe next month... So in the mean time I'm going to make it my goal to do 3 days of swimming and 3 days of aerobics (I have TONS of different workout DVDS) and keep track of every calorie. I also have a doc appt on the 18th and hopefully we will figure out what's causing me to have horrible hot flashes and making me break out like I did when I was 14......! Yes to say the least things are little frustrating at the moment.... Its not killing me so its gotta be making me stronger, right..?

we can only hope eh? Really would love to go swimming or do aerobics with you. I'm just having an awful week. I need some motivation and inspiration too.

I think of exercise like making breakfast....something I do every day. There is NO way around it. I must get it out of the way. I love my DVD's and I usually do one while the kids eat breakfast (then they start dancing around me).

Hey Tiff! Good luck with the weight loss! I started Weight Watchers 2 weeks ago and really like it. Stay positive! I know it can be rough.

Tiff- the new gym is offering awesome rates right now! Also, your first couple months are free.
I'm sorry to hear you are going through the teenage years and midlife all at once! Something is amiss with your system. I can see why you are so frustrated. Hang in there and don't forget to pray. Sometimes answers come in unexpected ways.
