Okay enough is enough!! I have had a horrid last year and we are still recovering from it, as a consequence of all of it I have gained 25 or so pounds. I have started swimming again and this morning I went to an aerobics class that was SO HARD ( and a little humilitating)! I really want to join this new "gym" that strictly offers aerobics classes, and a wide range at that, step, 20/20/20, pilates, yoga, spinning, etc. But at the moment finances won't allow me to but maybe next month... So in the mean time I'm going to make it my goal to do 3 days of swimming and 3 days of aerobics (I have TONS of different workout DVDS) and keep track of every calorie. I also have a doc appt on the 18th and hopefully we will figure out what's causing me to have horrible hot flashes and making me break out like I did when I was 14......! Yes to say the least things are little frustrating at the moment.... Its not killing me so its gotta be making me stronger, right..?
