One more thing...

I'm taking 3 weeks of personal time at work. I know this is something that I NEED to do. My blood pressure continues to be high and I don't want to end up on bedrest. The last time I was on bedrest was extremely difficult and I only had one child at the time, there is just no fesiable way that I can be on bedrest. SO I'm taking this step as precaution and HOPE and PRAY that two things will happen first that I can get my blood pressure under control and that the Lord really is answering my prayers by guiding me to take this step, and that my family will be okay without the extra income for those 3 weeks. It would also be nice that when I go back that the kinks in the new system are ironed out, ha ha. I really do love my job and that is why I'm not going to just quit, plus I need to work right now because let's admit it, babies aren't cheap. So it was really with a heavy heart that I requested my LOA, but I know in my heart that I need to do it.
