California
We got to cali on Sunday, I won't ever travel stand-by on a Sunday again!! We ended up spending about 5 hours in the Long Beach Airport waiting to get on an Oakland flight, finally we got on a San Jose flight, our luggage, however, got sent to Oakland! So my sweet aunt picked us up at San Jose and then drove to Oakland to get our luggage. We finally got to my aunt and uncle's house, they have a swimming pool, my boys LOVE water and all but jumped into the pool, and almost gave me a heart attack chasing after each other around the outside of it!! Monday we went to a pumpkin patch that was pretty cool, they had a petting zoo, where I got jumped on by a goat and a cow almost but my hand off, they were all cute though! There was a horse ride, which the boys went on, Will's was named Lily and he loved it!! He wanted to keep riding, it was cute! Matty was unwilling at first but then as soon as Andrew put him on the horse he was excited and laughed the whole time! After the horses I thought, "let's go through the maze, it'll be fun", WRONG, we didn't bring the stroller in because the ground was all rocks, and we REALLY got lost, it was fun, kinda, we found a really fat, fuzzy catepillar and I picked it up thinking the boys would want to, NOPE but they thought it was cool that mom was......
We ended our trip with a bang by going to their local mall, eating dinner and riding the carosel, yep they have a merry-go-round in their mall, its pretty dang awesome if you ask me....
Belly dancing
The Difference offers belly dancing and I hadn't tried it yet so I gave it a whirl, I used to be a dancer and thought it would be fun to tap into my inner dancer. Thinking that this class like all the others would be full of people, I parked in front and couldn't see anyone and then I saw an instructor inside so I went in, and Rachel, the instructo, was there, she looks up and says "looks like its just me and you". So there was no hiding behind anyone or slacking at all, but it was SO FUN! I loved it and plan on going again next week and possibly staying for hip hop! I still love to dance and maybe I haven't lost everything I learned in 15 plus years in dancin shoes.....
Oh BTW I did try spinning, it was fun and totally kicked my trash, I won't be going back until I can shake this cold and breathe better....

Awww Cali! I would love to be there right now instead of in this cold weather! Sounds like you had fun. Belly dancing hugh? I would love to take that class! Fun!
what a fun thing to do with your family! i don't know if i'd dare brave the airport with my circus!

I would LOVE to try belly dancing and the hip hop class sounds fun, but I would probably look foolish...at both! How fun!
I have tried the belly dancing class - I just couldn't get the hang of it. I did like the Hip Hop class. That was so much fun.
